The Alpine Medical Newsletter is published twice a year, in February and August, exclusively for ÖGAHM members. It is the joint publication of ÖGAHM and BExMed.
All issues of the newsletters are available for ÖGAHM members to read and download in the members’ area.

Newsletter Contributions Welcome!
Our goal remains to keep the Alpine Medicine Newsletters concise and competent. This requires a regular selection of contributions to reach the editorial team. Therefore, we invite all members as well as non-members to submit articles.
The following contributions may be published:
- Medical and sports science articles from all areas of alpine and high altitude medicine
- Related topics with medical relevance such as meteorology, geology, botany
- Interesting and practice-relevant case reports
- Course and travel reports with relevant reference to alpine and high altitude medicine practice
