The Austrian-German Alpine Medicine training program, recognized worldwide by the UIAA (Union Internationale des Associations d’Alpinisme), ICAR (International Commission for Alpine Rescue), and ISMM (International Society for Mountain Medicine), can be completed once annually with the following qualifications: Diploma in Mountain Medicine and Diploma in Expedition and Wilderness Medicine.
